room issue.
the location was fine and getting around was straightforward.
the room above had noisy guests, and i hardly slept. i complained to the front desk multiple times, but nothing improved. the noise ruined several nights.

helpful staff large room sunny queen room fresh breakfast
I found the staff very friendly and helpful, check-in was quick. the room i was in was very large. it was a sunny queen room that included a balcony and faced the street, it was surprisingly quiet. It had good sound insulation. the breakfast was fresh with a good variety of choices.
parking nearby was slightly difficult.

The front desk personnel were efficient and polite. They provided quick check-in. the staff responded quickly to requests. daily room service included fresh towels, bed arrangement. replenishing tea and coffee supplies.

I observed the gym. it had modern fitness equipment. breakfast was served each morning in the dining area. It had multiple seating options. the hotel has many places to sit and work throughout the premises.

The location provides convenient access to manhattan using the metro. it involved a short walk to the pulaski bridge. This offers nice views. the surrounding area is quiet with multiple restaurants nearby. it's a safe neighborhood.

clean bathroom spacious room wood floor
I found the room quite spacious. it featured wood floors rather than carpeting, i was pleased. the bathroom was clean and well-kept. I am thankful for that.
The staff overall was not the friendliest. I believe they need to improve.

fantastic stay!
easy ferry access included kitchen helpful bartender
i found the location allowed quick trips into the city. ferry access improved my experience. the included kitchen in my room helped me save money. i found a good bar and a helpful bartender dave.
there were several events happening at night , so it was difficult to sleep with the music and noise in the corridors.

the hotel included a bar with specialty cocktails, a great spot. i observed the gym had three treadmills and free weights. easy check-in helped start my trip stress-free.

greenpoint location offered a calm setting. i found many restaurants and a mini grocery store one block away. proximity to the green line made travel simple , and the purple line was accessible by bridge.
