amazing spot!
stellar service convenient location easy check-in sparkling clean
I totally loved the location. It was super close to everything! the staff provided stellar service. my room was sparkling clean, and checking in was easy, i got in right on time. i found the proximity to theaters really convenient. It made catching a show so easy. and stores? they were just around the corner!
The elevators were a bit slow. But we made it work!

my queen room included a television. the housekeeping team provided daily cleaning services. the room has a comfy bed and pillows, i loved sleeping there. the air conditioning worked perfectly.

water bottles refill station friendly staff small room limited space broken thermostat
the location was very convenient for getting around midtown. i liked that they provided water bottles each day, and a refill station (it was hot when i visited). the staff were friendly and helpful.
the rooms are very small and there is limited space to move around (i was traveling solo). i found there was no closet space or space to put luggage. the thermostat would not set below 68 degrees, so it got hot in the room.

cozy bunk bed kind staff clean room
the staff was very kind . my room had a bunk bed, and it was surprisingly cozy and clean. i found it quiet, and everything i needed was available. i would choose this hotel again when i return for another visit.
i noticed a slight lack of soundproofing , as i could hear conversations from the neighboring room.

the hotel has a small cafe. it is very convenient to start each morning there with a cup of coffee and a pastry. the cafe provided a pleasant and quick option for breakfast.

my room included high-quality shampoo , conditioner , and lotion. fresh bottled water was provided every day. i found the bed very comfortable with high quality linens. the room was quiet for resting and sleeping.

the front desk staff was wonderful and professional. i interacted positively with the cafe staff and the housekeeping staff as well. i appreciated their kindness and attentiveness to my needs .

decent stay in a good location
great location public transport broadway shows great access comfortable rooms hurried staff coffee refills long wait
the location was great near times square. access to public transport was easy. restaurants and broadway shows were close. the rooms were modern and comfortable.
the staff seemed a bit hurried. coffee refills were only upon request. i waited several minutes to pay until i charged to my room. i left the receipt on the table for the server.

small room and a shower issue
small room shower setup
the location was great and it was easy to get around from there
the room i got was small and made moving around difficult the shower had a really weird setup i turned it on and water sprayed everywhere and made a mess also i could hear a lot of noise from outside during the night
