the room was spacious. i did like the fact you get a full sized refrigerator and kitchen utensils. i bought food in the grocery store across the street. i find it very convenient.
the hotel is old. our assigned room had a stained sofa bed. the front desk staff was not accommodating, which left an unpleasant feeling on our stay.

While the hotel itself lacks an on-site restaurant, nearby viand cafe is next door and offers great breakfasts. Fairway market across the street provides many options. the large portions ensure you get value for money.

the hotel provides a laundry service, and the rooms include kitchen facilities, a definite plus. although there isn't a bar, the 72nd street subway station nearby provides quick access to various locations, it really works.

The location is excellent, right on broadway in the upper west side. It's just a short walk from central park, a peaceful walk. it also has easy access to the subway, so getting around the city is straightforward.

The hotel's proximity to both express and local metro lines is a SIGNIFICANT advantage. I could quickly access many attractions with ease. The room was quite spacious and well kept. It included a handy kitchenette. The supermarket across the street was convenient.
The air conditioning was a little inconsistent .

The hotel enjoys an excellent location. It is near the 72nd street station. Access to transportation is uncomplicated. The proximity to restaurants and shopping venues IS convenient.
