excellent stay!
renovated room quiet room
my recently renovated room was immaculate, providing comfort and quiet. i was really surprised with the balcony. the location was convenient, close to public transport and eateries. the staff demonstrated great patience and kindness.
The elevators experienced malfunctions, causing significant delays and requiring stair use to reach my room on the sixteenth floor. Compensation was offered but not practical.

A central park DREAM!
perfect location handy fridge spacious bathroom lovely cityscape
I found the location unbeatable, placing me steps from central park. The fridge in my room was very handy, perfect for storing snacks. The bathroom felt spacious, with high-quality fixtures. The view from my room included a lovely cityscape, offering a peek at local life.
I noticed the elevators were occasionally slow, sometimes leading to a small wait.

convenient plugs spacious drawers new equipment
The room featured thoughtful touches, like conveniently placed plugs on both sides of the bed. I found plenty of space in the drawers and closet for all my belongings. The fitness center had new equipment available for use.
Waiting for an elevator sometimes took longer than expected.

quick process helpful staff great location
the quick check-in process was great. the staff helped store my bags before check-in, which allowed me to explore. the location is super near central park, it was very easy to walk there!

convenient location helpful staff clean room city view
i found the location really convenient it was a short walk to times square and central park. staff members were helpful and always ready to assist with directions. my room had city views it was very clean. the fitness center was great i enjoyed using the equipment.
the elevator service experienced delays during peak hours it sometimes caused longer wait times.
