The staff offered early check-in (I was very grateful). The location is convenient to Central Station. Many shops nearby sell travel cards and food.

The staff was helpful. Nothing was ever too much to ask! the place was impeccably clean, a real plus. i felt i was in my own space when in my room. I would definitely recommend it to future guests!

small roomleaky shower
i booked the oxford room. it seemed smaller than expected. there was hardly any space to put my suitcase anywhere except on the bed. also, the shower leaked quite a lot. i think, for the price, i expected a bit more space and better bathroom maintenance.
