room layout comfy bed dirty pots stained crockery
The room had a great layout. I saw a great consideration for the use of space and the location was also great. The bed was comfy.
The hotel had minimal kitchen cutlery. The crockery was stained, and pots were dirty with dried food on the sides.

immaculate facilities modern bathroom really good value
i found the facilities immaculate. the pool and gym seemed beautiful. rooms including bathrooms looked clean and modern. i felt value for money in the cbd was really good too.

staff were attentive during check-in and readily available at reception. i observed that they offered assistance with luggage storage and transport arrangements. requests were addressed promptly and efficiently by the team.

while there isn't a restaurant, there are many nearby dining options (coles and woolworths are a short walk away). the room had complete kitchen, which i used. i could prepare my own meals easily.

The location proved convenient! It was close to attractions. The staff were helpful when I checked in early, a very kind gesture. My room had nice furnishings and modern fittings. I especially liked the USBC wall chargers.
The room cleaning seemed minimal ! I did not see any vacuum cleaning completed. I stayed several nights. one day the elevator was not working. This caused a long wait to get up to the rooms.

Amazing Apartment Find!
roomy apartment cooking facilities king sized beds
The apartment was very roomy. It had full cooking facilities with a cooker, hob, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The lounge/dining and living area features a balcony shared from the lounge and bedroom plus a large screen TV. We found computer access too! The two-bed apartment included king-sized beds and ample wardrobe space. This.
I had a small reservation about the limited drawer space.

There is a café at the hotel. It serves items throughout the day with a wide range of items on the menu. The value was good, and the service was pleasant with friendly people who were ready to help!

The hotel had a nice swimming pool, so I could cool down after my travel. There was also a gym! it was great for my needs during the visit and featured modern equipment that was easy to use.

The staff were helpful! Customer service was great from every person I came into contact with, from check-in to check out. Staff were very friendly what more could you ask for, I will definitely stay there again.
