the room i stayed in felt quite old. the carpet and curtains seemed aged. i also noticed a plant growing from the ceiling, likely due to some infiltration.

the location was perfect i found it a few minutes walk to the station that goes into the city the location was two train stops away from the city centre the hotel features clean rooms and laundry facilities
the bathroom was tiny i felt that my partner who is over 6' struggled to fit in it the toilet seat was pretty much fitted wall to wall

location was a true delight for exploring. i found kings cross station very near. the room was a quiet space and had warm beds. staff gave helpful suggestions for local dining.
the bathroom was small, hard to move around in, and really needed better lighting.

The room I booked was a bit disappointing. It was quite small and barely allowed space to move around. We also had difficulty storing our luggage. The bathroom was tiny. A large cockroach emerged from the drain in the bathroom. It really diminished the experience.
