Fantastic Location and Friendly Service!

The hotel's proximity to the city center was a huge plus. I walked everywhere! The staff were helpful arranging taxis and offering directions. The breakfast had a wide array of pastries and fresh fruit, which I REALLY loved. The free Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout my stay.

I had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs, inconvenient.

The breakfast area included a self-service buffet with a cappuccino machine and gluten-free options. The pastries were freshly baked each morning, and the coffee was strong! Several local restaurants are a very short walk from the hotel, too.

my room had air conditioning and fine windows, very useful at night. the hotel location was excellent, close to everything important. it was a short walk to piazza maggiore. i was able to leave my luggage after checkout, a big help.

the room lack proper sound insulation. every noise and movement in the next room could be easily heard. this was a slight disturbance.

I was annoyed that the hotel offered parking, but it was fully booked upon my arrival. They suggested street parking, however that seemed risky. I ended up paying extra for a private parking garage (it was expensive!). It certainly did not reflect a good value when considering the service and room quality.
