The staff offered a prompt airport pickup. This was greatly appreciated after a long wait for a cab. the location offered quick access to gatwick airport which was like 5 minutes away. i found a grocery store one minute away, easy to grab supplies.

i noticed a strange smell in the room, and there were some snacks on the floor. the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable for me. i also discovered there was no hot water available in the morning, so i had to shower with cold water.

The hotel provided convenient parking which was free. there was also a practical fridge available in my room, which proved useful for storing drinks and snacks. This ensured i had refreshments readily available.

the hotel had a very useful location near gatwick airport. the bus stop was conveniently situated right in front of the building. this made accessing public transport particularly easy for early morning departures!

The greeting upon arrival was friendly. the manager offered assistance with carrying bags upstairs, which i found particularly helpful. i appreciated the assistance provided upon arrival. It was efficient!

The location was convenient to the airport.

The bathroom was not clean I saw some mold in the shower. The fridge was in the room but it was not turned on so I could not use it.
