the location is convenient. it is very close to the airport. the staff was friendly and welcomed me. the room was clean and of a good size with coffee and tea making facilities.

the carpets had just been cleaned and were wet. it wasn't a major issue, but it was noticeable upon arrival.

The staff offered a prompt airport pickup. This was greatly appreciated after a long wait for a cab. the location offered quick access to gatwick airport which was like 5 minutes away. i found a grocery store one minute away, easy to grab supplies.

i noticed a strange smell in the room, and there were some snacks on the floor. the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable for me. i also discovered there was no hot water available in the morning, so i had to shower with cold water.

shower mold unused fridge

The location was convenient to the airport.

The bathroom was not clean I saw some mold in the shower. The fridge was in the room but it was not turned on so I could not use it.
