The bus stop directly across from the Guest House made my airport transfer simple. The host gave me very clear directions for a smooth late arrival. I found thorough instructions for a simple check-in. I really appreciated it. I will definitely book again for early flights.

The room I had was very small. I didn't have much space to move around. The design of the shower tap was unusual. It made adjusting the water temperature difficult. This could pose a safety concern, as the water became very hot. I believe some sort of temperature regulator is necessary.

The location was good with a bus stop right outside. It was convenient for getting around.

my room smelled strongly of stale smoke, and the bathroom was not clean. the shower had mold, and the towels felt damp and rough. there was no complimentary tea or coffee in the room, disappointing and the bed was quite hard.

The bus stop to gatwick was right outside the door. That was really convenient.

the room felt a bit tired (i noticed rust on the light fixture above the sink) and the bed wasn't very comfortable. i also requested a crib, but it wasn't provided. since nobody was at the hotel, i couldn't ask for one.
