i found the location near the train station convenient. the staff responded well to my questions. the room had cleanliness, warmth, and comfort. i secured transportation to the airport through arrangements done by the host, really helpful for my early morning flight.
the radiator in my room did not turned down completely. this made the room a bit too warm during the night. also, the bed felt firmer than i prefer, impacting my sleep quality negatively.

i FOUND safe parking WHILE on holiday. I returned to stay again following my holiday. The owner IS very friendly and accommodating to all my requests. The owner arranged taxis AND gave me directions to places i needed to get to.
the radiator WOULDN'T turn right down.

the guest house PROVIDES a GOOD location. It is a short walk from the high street WITH restaurants and takeaway places. It also provides easy access to and from the airport, into London, or down to Brighton.

off street parking IS a DEFINITE bonus HERE. continental breakfast INCLUDES cereals, yoghurt, fruit, toast, eggs, tea, AND coffee. the OWNER even offers a shuttle service if the timings are right, but can arrange a taxi for you.

rooms are SPACIOUS and WELL presented. rooms also HAVE updated bathrooms. the comfortable beds HELPED me SLEEP amazingly well. the super clean CLEAN room also includes a shower that was amazing AND well equipped rooms.

the beautiful double room was impeccably clean. it featured modern amenities. the hotel is very close to restaurants. i found the proximity to the airport particularly helpful.
i noticed guest towels hanging over the railings. this seemed a bit curious. i think some additional attention to this detail would improve the overall presentation.

I found the room well maintained with good linens. The shower and bathroom were modern. I also appreciated the kettle with tea and coffee sachets provided. This let me make a drink after a long drive.
I was disappointed that there was not enough space for luggage. The room lacked furniture or a closet for clothes. I wish there was more ventilation. The room felt hot.

The host provided a convenient shuttle service to the airport. This made our early morning departure much easier. The location was indeed great for airport access. I also found a very nice Turkish restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.
The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear other guests talking late into the night. the cleanliness was not perfect. I noticed dust on the lamps in my room. Finally, there was very little toilet paper, and no spare roll was available.
