I appreciated the friendly and efficient staff. The gym was well-equipped and the pool was a nice bonus. Breakfast offered many choices to create a plentiful plate. The hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The bathroom was quite small and lacked counter space. I also found the selection of toiletries too basic for my needs. The shower controls were damaged and difficult to use.

the room was clean the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. it maintained a consistent temperature throughout the night and i slept soundly. i found gluten free options available at the hotel restaurant which suited my dietary needs. the parking area was spacious offering convenient access to the hotel entrance.

i noticed the shower control in my room was a little damaged. it made adjusting the water flow slightly difficult during my shower.

The staff resolved questions kindly. My room was clean, well aired and spacious. The bed was comfortable and well made. Sheree at Reception was lovely. She was really helpful, warm and cute.

The room looks worn and tired. I found that it was so cold. When I asked for help with the heating dial, I was told the heating was not working properly.
