Convenient Stay Close to Airport

The hotel is really easy to reach from terminal 1. I just took the gantry over the freeway and walked across the car park. The walk from arrivals took only five minutes. The free shuttle to the airport was nice to have. The room was quiet, so I rested well. I found the bed comfortable.

The pool area was not very clean. the rooftop bar was out of soft drinks.

Breakfast included a good range of food. I appreciated the attentive staff. Some notable employees were Ms. Chathurika, Ms. Sushmita, and Mr Gundu, their service was marvelous, always helpful and attentive.

Mr. Amine provided a warm welcome at check in, even when he was very busy. Zwe and Riza are receptionists, they are very helpful and friendly. The staff are diamonds for any organization and are very hardworking.

The location provides easy access to Terminal 1 I walked there. The room service delivered a delicious grilled vegetable focaccia sandwich I enjoyed it very much.

The shuttle timings did not fit my schedule so I took a taxi instead it took less than 10 minutes.

The shower pressure was ridiculously low. I seemed like I was in a desert. The AC struggled to keep up, particularly annoying during the day. I had to ask multiple times for coffee refills. It's a small thing, but it adds up. I'm not sure I'd rush back, to be honest.

Comfortable Stay Close to the Airport

The room was a good size. I appreciated that they provided items on request like toothbrushes. The space was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and also arranged airport transfer. We were able to check in earlier than scheduled, a great help after a long journey.

The bathroom design could be better, since water overflowed during showers because only a curtain separated the space.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The omelettes made by the chefs were particularly good. I also found the waitresses very smiley and attentive to our needs.
