the staff greeted me nicely upon arrival. i extended my stay twice because of the good location near the airport (very convenient!). the pool was great. the attendants were polite.
the washroom doors were not maintained properly. ventilation in the basement was inadequate. i found these aspects disappointing .

the location is super close to the airport i got there in just 10 minutes. the shuttle pickup from terminal 3 was right on schedule at the shuttle parking area it was place 15. breakfast was included and i was even allowed an early check-in at 8am which was fantastic.
i found that the waffle machine really needs some maintenance or even replacement since it wasn't working perfectly.

the queen room i stayed in was non-smoking and very quiet it was a very comfy and tidy space perfect. the bed was super comfortable.

the staff were really helpful miran at reception provided a smooth check-in. akhil in the breakfast area gave great service too staff members were always available and willing to assist with requests and provide information.

the hotel's proximity to the airport made my travel so much easier it is only a short ride from terminal 2. i noticed there is a nearby public transportation stop making it convenient to get around town too.

the hotel has a nice pool area it offers a refreshing spot after a busy day. i spotted convenient parking facilities available making it easy if you have a rental car or transportation the area was well-kept.
