I found the staff really professional! I also liked the pod, and I'm tall, so I had no issues fitting. It was very clean. You can store your rucksack under the bed for safekeeping. I found many food options that you can bring back to the pod.

I think the room should be sound proofed. I could hear a lot of noise from outside, and it was difficult to sleep.

The location provides a much needed quiet rest space. It is very quick to access from the terminal gates, and this made it ideal for a short break. The place is also easy to find. I appreciated being near my gate.

the staff was excellent, especially alyssa.

The cubicle i got had a broken bed, but it worked okay. i was too tired to change it. i let them know when i left, and they weren't surprised. It seems they knew this cubicle had a problem.

I found the location quite strategic. It was close to facilities I needed. The prayer room was nearby. The reception staff was really great and helped with my requests, they were SO accommodating! It felt private and quiet, which REALLY helped me rest after my flights.

The desk was attended 24hrs, and toilet facilities were close, acceptable.

The bed felt rock hard. It was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep because of noise from other people. Then the call to prayer at 5am was extra loud. Really necessary in a sleep pod??!!
