noisy air conditioning impractical lamps

The location was good because it was close to the airport.

The air conditioning in my room was NOT working properly, it was too noisy. the light switches controlled too many lamps at once. This was not practical when I wanted to sleep. I had to use earplugs.

convenient location clean prayer room helpful staff

the location was very convenient , especially with the free shuttle to the airport. the prayer room in the lobby was clean and nice. i found most of the staff to be helpful and nice , always ready to assist.

some power sockets in the room didn't work , so i couldn't make tea or charge my cell phone.

I arrived early due to my flight. the staff handled everything professionally. i appreciate the complimentary breakfast and early check-in. the room was clean. The swimming pool was amazing.

reasonable stay

metro station free parking breakfast range faulty air-conditioning unclean room unresolved complaint

the location was really convenient. the ggico metro station was just a short walk away. i found free parking, great. the breakfast had plenty of choices.

the air-conditioning did not worked properly even after i complained. the staff didn't sorted it out. my room wasn't cleaned at all during my three nights. i requested cleaning on the first morning but it wasn't done.
