the location was convenient for the airport. The shuttle runs to the airport in the morning, THAT was helpful. Limited space on the shuttle meant two people stood, but the ride was quick. Traffic was great, but i would use the shuttle again.

the receptionist had a bit of a RUDE attitude.

the hotel was easy to reach from the airport. (that was a relief after a long flight!)

i found the room had a noticeable smell of cigarettes despite requesting a non-smoking room. i opened the window, but the odor returned after i left and closed it. despite informing the front desk, the smell persisted throughout my stay and i got no update.

The hotel have easy access to airport and decor was lovely. The staffs, they were all friendly and smiley! The room was big and beds was like sleeping on clouds.

I find there limited English language TV channel, which I didn't like. Food took over 50 minutes when I ordered room service and they were poor. I felt underwhelmed.

The location near the airport was so convenient! the shuttle service in the morning made getting to the airport super easy! i would use the shuttle again even though it got a bit crowded. It saved me time. the staff was very helpful and caring. i want to thank richard from the lobby. he gave us super support and orientation!

i was upgraded to one bedroom apartment. it had complimentary breakfast and late check out, i thought this was an amazing gesture. the apartment felt spacious, it was well furnished, and i loved the modern interior design. the apartment was also very well equipped with everything for a comfortable stay!

the reception staff were friendly when i arrived, though i found eyelashes on the floor in my room. the carpet also wasn't cleaned properly.

check-in was slow a lot of people were waiting. the room was in front of the lifts so it was noisy. i could hear doors closing and people talking outside the room.
