The room was very lovely. i especially enjoyed the beautiful decor and generous space. the family staff team was very friendly. They helped me check in early so i could prepare for a wedding i attended at the town hall. the location was very convenient!

Wonderful Hotel Experience

lovely meal friendly staff whiskey range

My meal was good and the staff was very good. Beds seemed like sleeping on clouds. The hotel bar offered a whole range of whiskeys to choose from. Breakfast and dinner courses were delicious and filling.

I encountered one issue, there wasnt soap for shower use. No glasses present in bathroom. Rugs had stains. I got little assistance with luggage, and there wasn't an elevator to the upper floors.

The hotel staff were cute and accommodated all requests. I observed attentive service in the dining area, and they addressed every need promptly. Staff members were always available at the front desk to assist with inquiries.

water stains cold breakfast

The window blind cords were only just reachable. I mean, REALLY. Some large water stains marred the ceiling too. The hot cooked breakfast was decent BUT cold, seriously, use HOT plates. I think a little tlc to the place wouldn't go amiss.
