Is it possible to check in early, especially for an important event?

Early check-in cannot be guaranteed due to City Pub members enjoying a 12pm checkout. Rooms are guaranteed to be ready by 3pm, but bags can be left from 10am.
Are there any breakfast services offered during the stay?
