The location was convenient. i could easily walk to the train station. the staff greeted guests warmly. I felt welcome. the hotel has a leafy courtyard that was a peaceful retreat.
the air conditioning unit made a little too much light at night.

my room included air conditioning and a heated towel rack, i appreciated this. a coffee machine was also available in the room. the shower was particularly nice, i used it daily.

the hotel is near a lake, which i found enjoyable. various restaurants are located on lange reihe, a street nearby. i found many options for food and beverages, really convenient.

The staff were friendly. That was acceptable.
My room was smaller than i expected. It felt cramped. the air conditioning didn't work properly. i had to ask for extra pillows because there weren't enough provided initially.

breakfast includes variety and quality. the garage for car was near, just around the corner. the courtyard has birds always singing, very peaceful. customer service exists at a very good level and they are helpful.
i think the room could use a safe. also a fridge should exist, given the price of the room. i had to ask for extra pillows, because the room was missing this items.

the staff are helpful in making sure i know everything. they held my backpack for safekeeping after i checked out. i was out all day and appreciate this service.

showers are lovely and the rooms are nice. the rooms feature good amenities like ac and a heated towel rack. the hotel has clean, beautiful rooms, with somber color choices and matching curtains.

the breakfast buffet was excellent. it was unexpectedly great for the hotel size. there are nice restaurants and pubs around. carina, the restaurant downstairs, is lovely and i recommend it.
