The room was big, accommodating two adults, three kids and one dog. Beds felt comfortable. I appreciated the early check-in offered by the receptionist, very understanding.

The hotel location is amazing, especially because it is near the piers. The hotel has affordable parking. I left the car there and walked. The room was spacious enough for us, two adults, three kids, and a dog! The lady at reception was really understanding. She let us check in early.
The card machine was broken, so I couldn't pay upon arrival. I had to pay later.

The owner helped me immediately, and I appreciate that she was very pleasant. The other guests were helpful when I needed assistance with my mobility scooter. That was really kind of them.

The location was acceptable. It put me close to the attractions.
The cleanliness was questionable. I found hairs on the bed sheets. the room had a musty odor, and the shower barely trickled. the whole experience felt a bit grim, honestly.

The owner seemed very accommodating and quickly addressed issues. The location is great, near both piers, so getting around was easy. It was convenient that there was affordable on-site parking. The room suited my needs. It was spacious enough for my family and our dog, a good surprise.
