I found the location quite central. The breakfast offered a good start to the day. The staff was very friendly, especially during breakfast.

The room I occupied felt quite small. I noticed not enough plug sockets were available. The shower was to need some updating.

ideal location comfortable bed friendly staff

the location was ideal, right by the winter gardens, a real bonus for my dance event. the rooms were clean , and i found the bed to be very comfortable for a good night's rest. staff were friendly , always ready to help with any questions i had .

the barman could improve his professionalism , i witnessed him create conflict within our group , and other guests.
