the location was good, near the beach and town. the owners seemed friendly and helpful. bed linen was clean, fresh and laundered.

the room we had was not really suitable. we tried to contact someone about an alternative, but i got no response from the hotel. the overall hotel seemed functional, though it could use repainting.

The staff manager was polite. That was acceptable.

The room stunk. i think it smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. That was nasty. the carpet seemed filthy. the curtain wouldn't even close properly. Light came in all night

Excellent Stay! Unbeatable Location

great location coffee facilities clean room

I enjoyed the great location. Everything was nearby! The staff were friendly and very helpful. I had coffee making facilities in the room, very convenient. The room was clean, and I had a lot of space, which worked great for me and my kids.

The entrance sometimes had a group of people near it.

convenient location friendly staff spacious room great base

the location is convenient near the sea front! i found the staff very friendly and accommodating. my room had plenty of space for me and my kids. the proximity to popular attractions makes it a great base for exploring.

the tv was surprisingly small, making it a bit hard to see clearly from the bed, though i could still manage it.

I found the bed comfortable. hot water came out quickly. many tv channels were available. the location was excellent and family friendly! the staff were friendly. i noticed a self-stick rubber strip drought excluder on the door frame. It probably helps a lot.
