ideal location wide selection helpful staff top floor cash payment inflexible breakfast
i found the location ideal the tram stops were just opposite the hotel. the breakfast was also good it had a wide selection of items. the staff seemed helpful they were always available at reception
my room was on the top floor i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. the bar only accepted cash i found this inconvenient.

helpful staff professional manager clean room
The staff was helpful. I really liked their patience when I asked for directions! The manager seemed professional. I did appreciate the provided hotel water in my room. It was a nice surprise. I also found the room to be particularly clean, something I value a lot.
The stairs were a challenge as the hotel lacks lifts. It's something to consider with mobility issues.

decent stay , some minor issues
friendly staff great food good variety small cubicle broken light temperamental flush
i found the staff really friendly with the kids. i noted that food was great. the breakfast offered a good variety.
the shower cubicle was very small. side and bed lights were not working. i found the toilet flush very temperamental.
