The staff was helpful. I really liked their patience when I asked for directions! The manager seemed professional. I did appreciate the provided hotel water in my room. It was a nice surprise. I also found the room to be particularly clean, something I value a lot.

i found the staff really friendly with the kids. i noted that food was great. the breakfast offered a good variety.
the shower cubicle was very small. side and bed lights were not working. i found the toilet flush very temperamental.
