The owners are very lovely and create a homely atmosphere. they are very accommodating and happy to help with anything i needed . i also appreciated their friendly little dog, benjie. He was a delight to see each day.

the payment process was a bit unusual, as i was asked to pay via bank transfer or cash due to the card machine not working.

the location was GREAT. the staff had all i needed.

i booked direct through their website, i was asked to pay by bank transfer or cash on arrival AS the card machine wasn't working. i was also asked to pay a deposit of £25 WHICH i did. this was never returned despite several requests since checking out.

I found the location convenient, just a short walk to the seafront. The provided toiletries were of good quality. I particularly appreciated the powerful shower in the bathroom (very refreshing after a long day).

The television in the room was quite small.

friendly staff clean room central location low water pressure no breakfast small tv

the staff were friendly. they remembered my name. the room was clean. it was close to the town centre and attractions.

the water pressure dropped. this happened while i was having a shower. no breakfast was available. i was not informed of this beforehand. the tv on the wall was small.

broken window strong smell

The room was comfortable for two people. It was suitable for a short weekend stay.

The smell of air freshener in the halls was strong. The room was not clean. The window was broken so I couldn't close it. Outside noise at night was terrible.
