the breakfast included excellent items each morning it included cereals toast and a full english i also appreciated the multiple coffee refills available the location proved excellent for accessing nearby shops and the seafront our host exhibited friendliness and professionalism throughout the stay
i experienced slight audibility issues with guests in the room below though staff addressed this well

dirty toilet seatdusty lamp
i found the toilet seat dirty upon arrival. there were also spill marks down the front of the bin, it looked unclean. the cups had black bits inside, so i had to wash them before using. a bedside lamp was covered in dust, i didn't expect that.
