The owners were great and so friendly! The rooms were very clean. Beds were comfy, too. I liked that it was very child friendly.

the location was close to the beach and arcades.

the room was not what i expected. the bedding had stains, and the toilet seat was loose. the hotel felt quite run down, and the room didn't match the photos online.

friendly staff clean room great location

the staff were friendly. my room had a clean, big size. the location had a great price for some days away. it was a bargain, and my children loved it.

the hotel is situated in an excellent location near the seafront. you can see the south pier from the hotel. a spar shop is on the corner, and it's near the pier.

the rooms include free parking. rooms are lovely and warm. the location offers easy access to nearby shops. there are local cafes and a tram stop close by the hotel.

there were various places to eat nearby, including takeaways. weatherspoon is also very close to the hotel. pablo's fish and chips is a delicious choice for dinner near the hotel.

good prices friendly service

The location suited my needs VERY well. It was a short walk to the water park. Two car parks were close to the hotel, and they had good prices. I was greeted quickly upon arrival and the service was friendly.

There was A very slight smell of cigarette smoke on the top floor, but it was very faint.

Good Value Stay Near the Pier

friendly owner helpful service good value

The owner was friendly and helpful. She let us get changed before check-in. She even dried our clothes after we got soaked at the Pleasure Beach. The room rate was a very good value.

The room lacked soap and hand wash. I found this quite inconvenient.

The Family Room included a private bathroom. The room provided enough space for our family. The beds seemed comfortable and warm enough for a good night sleep.
