The staff was very helpful and provided awesome restaurant tips, organized by location (i found this highly useful). the location was close to a metro station. This helped me get to the city center quickly. the room was very clean. This.
i didn't like that there was no refrigerator in the room. the bed had two mattresses (i prefer one large mattress). there was no available extra pillow.
