i had a very nice breakfast and it was included in the price. the location was also perfect. my room had super service.

great location refreshing tea

The location was indeed central to many attractions and activities. breakfast was very good. I did not expect that level of presentation and items. complimentary afternoon tea, coffee, biscuits, and cakes were available. I found it quite refreshing after a long day.

the room i booked differed from the photos online. i found this disappointing, as those features influenced my choice.

the receptionists were very nice and helpful, i appreciated their assistance. staff offered flexible support with check-in and luggage. they accommodated requests efficiently , it was very appreciable.

tasty breakfast warm bread helpful staff noisy nights peculiar smell broken coffee machine

The breakfast was very tasty. Warm bread and pasteis de nata were available. Staff members were helpful. The rooms seemed cozy too.

The hotel is pretty noisy during the night. Earplugs are available. The room had a peculiar smell. The coffee machine was not working.

Really good Stay in the City Center

cozy room central location delicious breakfast

The hotel offered a cozy room with complimentary tea coffee biscuits and cake all day. The staff was friendly and the location proved perfect near the center. Breakfast included many fresh and delicious options.

Soundproofing could be improved slightly during the night.
