the hotel had a lovely communal area. i found free coffee, tea, and snacks available. the space was great for reading a book and relaxing outside my room. the bathroom was quite large and featured a great shower with good water temperature.

the noise from other guests walking around above was noticeable because it's an older building.

The hotel is near a residential area and it felt safe during the day and evenings. i walked to nice restaurants and cafes. the nearest metro is at rossio square. A climb down quite a lot of stairs is needed.
