location and noise issues

great location easy access thin walls third floor

the location was really convenient. it was close to public transport and many sightseeing spots were within walking distance. the room was super clean and i received access codes by email the day before (very helpful!).

i found the sound from other rooms travelled easily. i could hear showers and light switches. it sounded like my bathroom shower had suddenly turned on (but it was next door!). also, the hotel is on the third floor with no lift.

the room was clean daily this added to my comfort. the location allowed walking to many places especially the train and metro.

the water temperature in the shower was hard to adjust consistently hot or cold water came out

the location was great. i could walk to most places i wanted to visit. i also appreciated the place to store my luggage before check-in and after checkout. it made my travel much easier.

i found that the walls are quite thin. i could hear people talking on the other side, even plugging in their phones. it sometimes woke me up when other guests arrived or left.

the staff offered helpful assistance with luggage storage. early check-in and late check-out options were available, subject to availability. they kept the communal areas clean and tidy each day.

my suite river view had a spacious bathroom. the room had high ceilings and functional air conditioning. it also included a comfortable bed and very comfortable pillows, ensuring a restful night.
