really good lodging experience
perfect hosts clean room convenient promenade free parking
andy and jan proved to be perfect hosts, providing an immediate sense of home. the room offered was impeccably nice and neat. its close proximity to the promenade was a great advantage (i could walk there in minutes). i also appreciated the convenience of free parking opposite the hotel for the duration of my four-day stay.
During breakfast, i felt a bit awkward because the process wasn't clearly explained. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, i didn't get to make my own toast or tea and coffee, despite those items being available.

The hosts were cute! The location is IDEAL. The tram stop is a short walk, and the Pleasure Beach is easily accessible. I also found the rooms super clean.

The room was spacious, which I appreciated. Breakfast each morning was delicious. The location was perfect. It was close to family activities. I am grateful for a lovely stay.
I found only one minor thing, the pillows were a little too firm for my preference.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
broken shower limited breakfast
The location was central. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
The shower did NOT work properly . I found this particularly inconvenient. Breakfast was not as expected. I anticipated a full spread, but it was mostly cereals and toast. The new management was not present. Staff from a neighboring hotel managed the place.

the breakfast arrangement felt unusual. i wasnt informed about the process for toast or cereal. tea and coffee where available, but not easily accessible. also, the shower pressure in the room was low. it.
