i found a member of staff unfriendly upon my arrival. this person gave us no information and filled in no paperwork. we went out in the evening, and a friendlier staff member asked if we could have towels. we never received towels.

The room seemed tired. Wallpaper peeled from the walls and a broken door added to the impression. I found a hole in the shower wall. This bothered me. The beds seemed uncomfortable, with springs poking through. This hindered sleep.
