pat gave me helpful local information. he cooked a full english breakfast for me, a very nice touch. i found the staff really good and they were very cute on arrival. the hotel was safe and very clean

pat. he was super friendly to make sure we was happy. the guest house is very nicely decorated and it feels homely.

the owner runs three more bbs and the hotel needed a good clean.

a lovely, warm stay

beautiful garden perfect room great selection

I adored the beautiful garden, its gate opened to a cute sight. the room was just perfect. Everything felt so clean and tidy. the breakfast was satisfying, especially the great selection of foods.

i felt that street parking was inconvenient. it was sometimes difficult to find a space close by.

the location was central, a short walk to the promenade. i found the immediate area quiet, this added to the peace ! the proximity to attractions proved really useful.

Breakfast included a big teapot, much appreciated, the variety was wonderful. the quality was top notch. I savored every bite! christine sorted out all breakfast requests.

Pat welcomed me warmly, he always smiled. he provided information i needed for my stay. His help with bags was great. pat ensured all my needs were catered for.
