perfect location helpful staff mood lighting strange odor grimy bathroom noticeable noise
The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything i wanted. the staff was really helpful and friendly too. the room was designed beautifully. I especially liked the mood lighting it offered.
The hallway had a strange odor, it was a bit off-putting. i also found the bathroom wasn't as clean as i expected. Some areas seemed grimy. the noise levels were noticeable at night. I could hear sounds from other rooms, difficult to sleep soundly.

Underwhelming Stay, Overpriced Room
bathroom cleanliness bizarre odor
The location was okay, fairly close to the city center.
The bathroom cleanliness was questionable. Let's just say I've seen cleaner public restrooms. there was a bizarre odor permeating the hallway, less than inviting. To top it off, the noise levels at night were disruptive.

convenient location helpful staff useful locker poor air conditioning missing information breakfast absence
the location was very convenient for seeing the city. the staff was helpful and informative . i found the bag lockers especially useful since i had a late flight (it saved me a lot of hassle).
the air conditioning did not work well. i was not informed about the possibility of borrowing a fan until the morning after a sleepless night. i feel a small breakfast would have been a nice addition for the price.

quiet street bag lockers
The location was excellent. It was close to the commercial streets yet remained a quiet street. check-in was simple. Getting into the hotel only required a lockbox code. the bag lockers were super helpful because i had a late flight back.
The internet was really bad. the staff did not help. They did not do anything about it.

The location was quite good. The receptionist was very helpful. He seemed knowledgeable. The room was clean and quiet.
The bed was too hard for me. It was also a little small. I am only 1m70. The hotel infrastructure shows wear and tear.
