The worst thing was the shower facility. It lacks water pressure. It also takes ages to get some hot water.

the standard room had very little soundproofing! i was unable to sleep because of noise from other guests. it forced me to move rooms late at night. the room change caused considerable inconvenience. also, the air conditioning unit was quite old and rattled a bit.

the suite was lovely and spacious. i found the sea view very pretty watching the ships. two balconys with furniture was an advantage.
there was no soap or bath gel in the shower. only shampoo and conditioner were available. handwash at the basin was locked down!

the kitchenette includes a microwave. there are plates, bowls, cups, kettle, and a mini fridge. i found tea and coffee sachets provided. the smart tv allowed access to youtube.
the sliding doors did not seem to be double glazed. i could hear noise from a nearby hotel. party goers and cars driving on the esplanade were also audible.

I got free parking at the hotel. I found guest laundry to be useful. The staff were helpful during check in.
The AC did not get cold enough in the room. I tried making adjustments but it was still warm. The doors did not have screens so I could not open them.

The hotel room included a separate living and dining area, very clean. Most necessary items were available to us. The front desk staff proved very helpful and accommodating .
I found that the standard rooms did not offer adequate soundproofing. Noise from other guests disturbed sleep.
