i really enjoyed the tropical setting. my room had a balcony, it overlooked the pools and gardens. i found the reception staff friendly and helpful. the shopping mall is just across the street, a cafe too.

the location is a bit out of town. however, there is a bus service into town just across the road at the shops.

The beds provided excellent comfort. The TV worked great. I could stream all my shows. I found the resort's design good and unique. Snacks and drinks were available at reception at reasonable prices. These were a welcome surprise, and they weren't overpriced, which I greatly appreciated!!!

I found a slight inconsistency. I noticed a hand towel was missing for each guest, though bath towels were available.
