wicked themed high tea delicious mousse savory chicken selection of tea

The hotel features a wicked-themed high tea at coco's kitchen, available until the end of february. i sampled the forest blackberry & rosemary mousse and the cauldron chicken on charcoal sourdough. Both were delicious. the scone service included strawberry jam, raspberry coulis, and cream, accompanied by ceylon ginger & honey tea.

the minibar lacked pricing details for snacks and drinks, causing slight confusion.

I encountered a very helpful receptionist, faizan, at the front desk. He was courteous. his service made a special positive impact, and i commend his dedication to customer satisfaction. i believe he deserves special recognition for his professionalism.

coco's kitchen and bar serves very good devonshire teas, and the atmosphere is relaxing and calm. the staff, including masumi, ben, ivy, and fernanda, always provide a warm welcome. their coffees are amazing!!! the restaurant is clean.

i found the room size adequate. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered many options. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

i found the pool area needed some maintenance. i noticed some wear. The pool still provided a space for relaxation.

poor soundproofing malfunctioning tv

The location was quite central, making it easy to get around (a definite plus).

The room I was given was quite dated, and it lacked soundproofing. I could hear everything from adjacent rooms. The TV also malfunctioned, turning on briefly before going blank. I reported this, but the staff did not seem concerned.
