My room had some broken coffee cupboard doors. The bathroom felt old. The tub was very marked, and the shower head was dated.

The staff swiftly assisted with check-in, a detail I appreciated. Breakfast featured a wonderful buffet, and I found the pool area spacious, providing plenty of room. I noticed the excellent service. The staff were polite and efficient. Access to Horizon Club was a great feature, I found it quite useful.

I enjoyed the superb location. it made it simple to explore nearby bars and restaurants along the esplanade. the beds were amazingly comfy. I had restful nights. the staff helped us with an upgrade to a better view (that was a welcome surprise!). the sunrises from the marina view were lovely.

The long walk from reception to my room was a bit tiring. It seemed like a maze.

the hotel location suited my needs well. the room was spacious with a separate tv area. i found a good variety of options for breakfast at the backyard restaurant.

i found the lack of drawer space in the room inconvenient for storing my belongings. the towels were not very soft. the bed was too hard.
