The room's air conditioning seemed stuck. i couldn't get it below 21 degrees even when the humidity was high. also, the room service was a bit slow. I waited almost an hour for my dinner and then learned they forgot to send it up. a small apology wasn't quite enough considering the price.

The breakfast buffet featured many choices and fresh options each day. The outdoor pool was large, it featured sandy area, many sun loungers and provided a peaceful place for the daytime. Room amenities include yoga mat and sufficient power sockets. The provided robes and slippers were soft.

The cleaning was subpar. I noticed accumulated dust around the bedside lamps and glass separations in the bathroom. These areas should receive attention.
