fantastic stay!
ocean view comfortable pillows trained staff
i enjoyed an ocean view room for four nights. a fantastic view of the water was daily! the room was fresh and nicely appointed. comfy pillows and a soft bed were great. staff happily assisted me whenever i needed it.
the room faced the casino, and i could hear noisy people until late each night. it was difficult to sleep early.

breakfasts offered a wide variety of tasty hot items. there were breads, pastries, yogurt, fruits, and rice available. a self-serve pancake station was good, though the waiting line was long.

the hotel is in a safe area! a full-size grocery store is within easy walking distance. i was glad this hotel has an atrium, filled with tropical plants creating a tranquil ambience.

The location was convenient, close to many attractions.
The room cleaning was sub-par. The sheets weren't changed daily (it felt gross). The bathroom was also not clean enough. The tiles were dirty. I think more attention is needed there.

attentive staff convenient location inadequate air conditioning peeling paint
the staff was attentive . the location offered convenient access to nearby attractions. i found the room spacious and well kept! the harbor view from my room provided a beautiful backdrop.
The air conditioning seemed inadequate, and the room temperature was difficult to regulate. also the breakfast selection was limited. i noticed peeling paint around the pool area. This detracted from the overall appeal. the bathroom door didn't close properly. This was inconvenient.

The hotel is in a superb location by the water. My room included appropriate toiletries. The breakfast had a good variety of food. Staff gave very good service .
I found the door into the bathroom very heavy. The clock in the room was set to a different time zone. Lights did not work properly.
