the location was pretty handy to the city center, i guess.

the family room i booked felt way smaller than advertised. the website hinted at a fold out couch, but there was none. it got real cramped with my kids, so it was tricky to keep things tidy.

the room was clean and tidy the beds were comfortable. the staff are very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was reasonably priced the location was very handy for everything.

i was given a first floor room. i asked if i could have help with luggage but was told no one was available. no ground floor room was available either. i was shocked that there was no one there to help with luggage.

the location was really convenient i could walk to the main central area easily it felt safe and peaceful the staff helped me check in an hour early which i appreciated check-in is normally much later the shower was also very good

soundproofing was lacking it was quite noisy i heard cleaners doors slamming suitcases and street noise this was disruptive earplugs were provided in the room which indicates a problem also it was a bit far to walk to the main area in esplanade
