comfortable beds bottled water dirty sheets visible stains

The location was very good. It was close to all amenities, a car park, and the tower. Beds were comfortable, and I loved all the coffee and tea that was available. Bottled water was also provided. I was happy with the large TV, even though I didn't watch it much.

The room was far from clean. The sheets were visibly dirty with stains, disturbing. It didn't look like they had been changed.

ample space modern bathroom separate room large tvs

the beautiful family suite offered ample space for everyone to relax. the large tvs in both rooms kept everyone entertained! the bathroom was very modern and clean. i found the separate room for the triple bunk bed great.

The sink was really tiny. Washing my face was a slight challenge, especially with the shelf above it.

the location was excellent! it was just a short walk, approximately five minutes, to the town centre and seafront area. clear instructions were provided, made finding the hotel simple.
