Rajat was SO helpful . The staff ensured my stay was both safe and pleasant. When I wasn't initially happy with my first room, they showed understanding and changed it. I really appreciated the quick resolution (it made all the difference!).

The car park charge wasn't SUPER clearly displayed when I booked.

The staff were helpful upon arrival. They assisted with my luggage efficiently.

The room's cleanliness was below standard. I noticed dust accumulation on the furniture and the carpet had visible stains. The bathroom was also cramped and the shower pressure was weak. This significantly affected the quality of my stay.

The reception staff was great. Shivani was professional and gave local tips. Rajat was also amazing with his hospitality. Nakul helped us get into our room quickly, so I appreciate that.

The shower was tiny and small. It was hard to move.
