the staff at the front desk were very helpful with directions to local attractions the room had a comfortable bed and a television with many channels available it was easy to relax the breakfast service included fresh fruit a variety of pastries and hot items the hotel had a games room with table tennis pool and football game. i found many ways to entertain myself and felt right at home. i enjoyed the little things.

the lift was a bit slow at times though i understand it's regularly serviced.

I found the staff very helpful. They addressed my mobility issues willingly. My room was lovely and the team did their best to cater for my needs..

The restroom radiator would not turn off. I had to call reception. A tool was needed to turn the rusty wheel. The room felt outdated and in need of some maintenance.
