warm pool bike shed professional staff
The outdoor pool was warm and well maintained. I noted bike storage was available, a bonus. The staff was helpful and professional, and I felt comfortable with their assistance. The location provided convenient access to nearby attractions.
I observed only slight wear in some furniture, such as minor scratches.

Excellent Stay With Accessible Features
comfortable beds excellent service
The accessible room had twin profiling beds. These beds were comfortable. I reported a wobbley grabrail in the toilet to reception before bed. It was fixed the next day. Staff are charming and always available.
The hotel had accessibility issues on floors one and two. It was difficult to navigate corners in an electric wheelchair. The sink in the bathroom was too small. I kept hitting my head on the taps. There were no shelves to store toiletries.

the staff were really cute. the drinks at the bar tasted great. the central location proved very convenient for exploring the area. (i felt at ease there.)

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. my room had a sea view and balcony, with reclining chairs to relax. the hotel offered a discount at the bar if i opted out of daily housekeeping (i could get top ups at reception, though).
i noticed a slight lack of water pressure in the shower .
