The accessible room had twin profiling beds. These beds were comfortable. I reported a wobbley grabrail in the toilet to reception before bed. It was fixed the next day. Staff are charming and always available.
The hotel had accessibility issues on floors one and two. It was difficult to navigate corners in an electric wheelchair. The sink in the bathroom was too small. I kept hitting my head on the taps. There were no shelves to store toiletries.
