The location was unbeatable. It made it easy to walk to many attractions. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good selection of items. I found parking easy and affordable near the premises.

the location was definitely a plus. it was just across from the bic. the staff was lovely and always ready to help. the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
i found the water pressure to be quite low. it was barely sufficient for showering. the sofa bed was uncomfortable. it wasnt suitable for a proper sleep.

i found the room to be clean on arrival. housekeeping provided fresh towels each day. the beds were comfortable. the breakfast included a variety of options such as english breakfast items, cereals, and croissants.
the television was a bit older and not a smart tv.

The hotel sits in a convenient location near the Bournemouth International Centre. My room was clean, and I found the bed comfortable, resulting in restful nights.
I noticed the building shows its age. Some areas clearly need refurbishment. My bathroom had a few issues, including a slow-draining shower. This made it somewhat inconvenient
