Check-in was simple even late at night. I found the hotel cozy (it really felt so!). The breakfast had amazing variety and the staff kept the food fresh. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to Sky City. This made reaching the terminals very easy for my early flight.
The room lacked a mini fridge, a basic amenity especially for families needing to store drinks or snacks.

The location was unbeatable. I walked to terminal 5 in just a few minutes. the beds were very comfortable. i really appreciated the great breakfast, with a lot of options.
i noticed very slight smudges in the bathroom, which could have been cleaned better.

Check-in was SUPER easy. The staff were AMAZING and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a GREAT selection of pastries and cooked breakfast items. The room had plugs EVERYWHERE. It was easy to get some work done while enjoying a drink.
I noticed that the hotel does not offer room service, and there's no phone in the room to contact the reception. I found that a little inconvenient.

The location is adjacent to the terminals. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection and it started early which was very useful for my early flight. They provided take-out food even earlier than that time. I found the staff friendly while I ordered food and drinks for dinner.
I found no wardrobe. The air conditioning was not good. There was not a refrigerator. I also found no boiler.
