the hotel is really close to the airport. this made my early morning flight so much easier to manage. i could just walk over, so that was great!

The signage inside was a bit confusing. I got turned around once. also, the room had no air conditioning, not ideal at all

The hotel is within walking distance of the terminal using a covered walkway. I found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful. I liked the comfortable bed and good-sized desk with a nice table lamp.

The self-service check-in kiosk was not working well, which caused a bit of a queue.

The location is unbeatable. It's a short walk to the terminal. the room was spacious and very quiet. I slept so well. i printed my boarding pass with no issues. i really liked the trolleys. They were very helpful for my luggage.

The gym could use a bit more attention. Some towels were missing

i found the hotel to have convenient access to the airport via a walkway (a big plus!). breakfast had many options and it started early at 5:30. there was also a water dispenser in the lobby, a helpful feature. i could easily walk to check-in which was very handy.

i noticed the water pressure in the shower wasn't optimal. it was a very minor inconvenience.

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!!

The room was not clean. There was hair in the shower and on the soap bottles. It was pretty gross. The toilet wasn't clean either. Apparently, it was not an isolated incident. I probably would have been better off just SLEEPING in the airport.

the breakfast had a GREAT selection. the hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient.

the self check-in machines didn't WORK. a HUGE backlog of people filled the lobby. receptionist said their shift ended so we needed to go to the back of the queue. we left and slept at the airport instead.

I found the hotel a short walk from the terminal. It made arrival after a late flight easy. The spacious room had comfortable beds. The facilities were clean and modern, which I appreciated after a long travel day.
