I really appreciated the helpful check-in staff. They were so attentive! the hotel restaurant was also excellent. the room was very quiet. I slept so soundly. i had a very early flight and this hotel was very convenient.

the bed in my room was unfortunately too soft, and it impacted my sleep quality a bit. i found the mattress topper to be somewhat uncomfortable. it shifted easily during the night.

I stayed overnight before catching a morning flight. the hotel is conveniently connected to the airport terminal with a very short walk. breakfast impressed me. There were many choices available.

The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours. I had to wait for equipment.

The hotel location provides an easy walk to and from the airport for early morning flights. A little turndown snack was also provided before bed.

The shower head bracket in my bathroom was broken. Every time I tried to angle the shower head down, it fell out of the bracket and hit me on the head. This definitely needs to be fixed (it made showering quite difficult).

The location is really convenient for anyone with an early flight (I had one!). It is a short walk to the terminal. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant also served good food.

The room I was assigned was not properly cleaned. I found some hair in the bathroom. The temperature control in the room was also limited. It made it difficult to achieve a comfortable environment.
